Return Shipping

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer service team at orders@trailerjack360.com or 814-860-4918 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation with the RMA number clearly marked on it.

  3. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, and retaining the tracking information until your return is processed.
